Alexander Resort’s Culinary Team Dazzle Members of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs
Miami Beach, FL (May 18, 2005) - The Alexander Resort’s culinary team has been invited by the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs International Gastronomic Society to dazzle its members with its award-winning cuisine during the “Chaîne des Rôtisseurs Miami Chapitre” dinner series. The event will gather an elite group of guests at the Alexander Resort on Saturday, June 4, 2005. Alexander Executive Chef Greg McDaniel, will oversee the dinner.
"The Alexander is honored to welcome members of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs Miami Chapitre. The resort has elevated its food and beverage programs in recent years and has become recognized for its top-rated cuisine” said David Dohmen, General Manager of the Alexander Resort.
The five course menu will include such temptations as during the First Course: Seared Grade A “Hudson Valley” Foie Gras, Grilled Extra Sweet Costa Rican Pineapple, Port Wine Butter, Organic Homestead Micro Greens. Second Course: Roast Capon Consommé with Morels and Vegetable Confetti.
Third Course: Chilean Sea Bass with Celeriac and Granny Smith Apple Puree, Red Wine and Cinnamon Reduction. Fourth Course: Rosemary Roasted Mignonettes of Colorado Lamb with Basil Cream, Truffle Potatoes and White Asparagus and the Fifth Course: Valhrona White Chocolate Mousse with Fresh Raspberry Compote and Chocolate Cigars.
The Chaîne des Rôtisseurs is an International Gastronomic Society founded in Paris in 1950. It is devoted to promoting fine dining and preserving the camaraderie and pleasures of the table.
