Art Deco District
Miami Beach’s Art Deco District spans famous the South Beach and is recognized for its 1930’s architecture. Today, almost all of the buildings are fully restored and painted in an array of pastel colors. The Art Deco District has been nationally recognized by the Register of Historical places.
Coral Castle
An architectural wonder, this residence was hand-built by one man over a period of 30 years. This coral wonder has been compared to Giza and Stonehenge and was featured on TV’s “That’s Incredible” and “In Search of.”

The Miami Jackie Gleason Theater is located in the Art Deco District and adjacent to the Miami Beach Convention Center. The Jackie Gleason Theater is the showcase for an array of performers and production companies, including the Miami City Ballet, the Miami Beach Broadway Series, and contemporary entertainers.
Jungle Island

Miami Beach Convention Center
The Miami Beach Convention Center has played host to a number of leading convention industry events, including the annual meetings of both the Professional Convention Management Association and the International Association for Exposition Management, as well as the Travel Industry Association's Pow Wow, scheduled to return for a third time in 2009.
Major association users have included the Society for Neuroscience, International Association of Chiefs of Police, and others. The MBCC has also welcomed numerous important corporate users, including SAP, Sprint, Prudential Realty, and the inaugural Microsoft Global Briefing, a major sales and technology meeting of Microsoft employees worldwide.
MetroZoo
A 290-Acre Zoo with 60 major animal exhibits, featuring 240 species and 1,300 specimens, Wildlife Amphitheater with three shows daily and a petting zoo.
Seaquarium
South Florida’s largest Marine Aquarium is home to the killer whale, Lolita, dolphin TV start Flipper and over 10,000 creatures of the sea.
Vizcaya
An Italian Renaissance style Villa and formal Gardens built in 1915 as the winter residence of industrialist James Deering. The 34-room house contains antique furnishing and decorative arts from the 15th to 19th centuries. The grounds encompass over 10 acres of formal gardens and fountains.
