- Cancellations & Refund policy- 48hrs prior to arrival
- Additional charges
- Pet- no pets allowed, service animal only
- Additional person- $0
- Valet- $35/night plus tax
- Self Parking- $1/hour at public parking lot
- Children- allowed, no charge
- Late checkout- based on availability and charges vary
- Smoking- non smoking hotel, $500 fee
- Damage to room- $250 taken at checkin and refunded at departure
- Watersports- banana boat, jet ski, parasail all available with additional charges to outside vendor
